Our mission here is to create an immersive website that would take the user through the journey of obtaining a loan seamlessly. We believe in redefining the experience in which people perceive and interact with financial institutions. We took the approach of thinking outside the box when designing, while at the same time maintaining the functionality and scalability of the company and keeping the core brand voice intact.

What the client wanted!
The ask from the client was straightforward from the beginning, and they had a clear vision of how they wanted their product to look. The main challenge for us was to create a living, breathing counterpart of the brand that would be able to scale as the brand reaches new heights.
Challenge 1:Create an aesthetically pleasing site, and at the same time, sound in functionality to provide the users with what they want most seamlessly.
This helped us explore a lot of options and come up with various ideas to present the brand in the way we imagined.
Challenge 2:Give the brand their own identity, and a place in the market where they could be recognized. That’s where the introduction of the mascot has been done.
The mascot plays an important role in giving the brand the identity it deserves and makes it easy for people/target audiences to identify them.

Our design approach
We decided not to take the traditional approach for this redesign and established our creative paths, which helped us guide the users through this rousing journey. We began with an in-depth analysis of 1 Click Capital’s value proposition and what made it stand out from the crowd. This approach helped us get a better understanding of what the brand does and can do to make it stand out.
Next, we headed on to our design tables to create a site that would resonate with the brand and provide an identity like no one else. The design featured micro-animations, scalable layouts, and designs that dig deep into the user's psyche to show them what they want to see and use.
This led us to address the challenge of presenting this functionally loaded and aesthetically pleasing design in a digestible manner. We implemented storytelling, used a mascot to give the brand its identity, and tried to create an engaging narrative that humanized the company and connected with the users on a more personal level.
